The International Trade Program (ITP) provides technical assistance, education and training, and acts as a clearinghouse for business leads and information on export and import. The ITP also holds Business Exchanges for small and minority business entrepreneurs who want to establish trading relationships with and conduct business in the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

The NMBC has lead its members and other interested entrepreneurs on several trade missions to countries such as Jamaica, Great Britain, South Africa, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Dominican Republic, as part of the International Trade Program. This website will provide international trade leads, and linkages with other international trade programs and services as well as updates in international trade conditions that may affect small, minority and women business owners throughout the world.
